Monks’ Dubbel® Ale is a full-flavored and well-balanced ale with an attractive amber glow. Mildly spicy and earthy hops artfully balance its full-bodied maltiness, yielding to a long, crisp, complex finish. Food Pairing: Monks’ Dubbel® Ale pairs well with any beef or lamb, especially barbecues or meat stews, and makes an excellent chocolate dessert accompaniment. It is also a wonderful pairing to washed rind cheeses and dried fruits.
