El Dorado is quickly becoming on of our favorite hops. We bring it to you two ways in All Dorado - via significant dry hopping but also with the addition of hop hash as well. The result brings sharp notes of honeydew melon, white grape, cantaloupe, and candied papaya. Fermentation character takes the bold frutiness a step further with an expressive yeast strain.
