Alvarado Street Brewery Just Cool It

Lot to say here. First, it's a collaboration Pilsner with our friends from Burial Beer and Other Half Brewing. Just a really simple Italian-style New Zealand Pilsner! We started with a base of Eraclea barley grown near the Adriatic sea in Italy, known for it;s honey-like aromatics . Then, in the Italian-style Pils tradition, employed some traditional Noble hops that included whole cone Tettnang and Saphir in both the dry hop and boil. Thennnnnnn hit the dry hop again with some of our New Zealand favorites: Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Wakatu. What you get is a combination of floral, perfumey notes mixed with elegant, white wine-like aromas of gooseberry and lychee. All in a crisp, compact little beer that will COOL YOU DOWN.
